Precise bead contour (1)
High application precision is achieved through variable adjustment of dispensing speed. Exact bead dimensions and controlled material break-off are ensured by active material retraction.
Integrated pressure sensor (2)
The pressure sensor at the inlet continuously monitors material supply and provides reliable data, such as deviations in feed pressure, to maintain consistently high process quality.
Automatic pressure relief (3)
After the dispensing process, the material pressure is gradually released. This prevents uncontrolled dripping, reduces material stress, and ensures clean contours as well as reproducible dispensing results—even with low-viscosity media.
Shaft seal with anti-leak lubrication (4)
The anti-leak lubrication chamber is equipped with an additional seal, significantly minimizing leaks, extending service life, and reducing maintenance intervals. The sealing point is reliably relieved, enhancing process reliability—especially when handling filled or chemically demanding media.
