dos piston is a pioneering solution for all industrial dispensing processes. Technical innovations and a low weight, reduced by around 30% against comparable models, makes dispensing processes during manufacture not only more precise but also safer, more efficient, economical – and thus cheaper.
dos piston can be used for all dispensing volumes from 0.1 to 43 ml, where materials of any viscosity are applied: e.g. bonding, insulation, potting or heat dissipation. The system is impressively robust when handling highly abrasive materials.

Innovative, flexible mixing ratio control
The dos piston has two motors – each with one pro mixing component. This allows fine adjustment of the material mixing ratio (e.g. resin and hardener) via the software-based individual control of both motors.
The advantages: maximum flexibility and easy handling.
Sensors and control software
Analog and digital sensors allow measurement of the piston level.
The pot life of every potting material (time interval during which processing is possible) is stored automatically in the software to trigger an automatic warning when the time has elapsed.
In addition, the decentralised architecture allows maximum efficiency of integration into overall systems.
Flow-optimised material transport
All material guides in the dos piston has been flow-optimised so that potting material can flow trouble-free and with high performance at every point.
Exchangeable valve block
All valves (inlet and outlet) in the dos piston can be flexibly exchanged.
This means changing the valve type e.g. for maintenance purposes can be carried out in a few motions.
Mixing tube with feed screw
A mixing tube with a feed screw is attached at the dispensing outlet to ensure the homogeneous mixing of the components of the potting materials.
The mixing tubes are single-use products made of plastic.

The potting compound is fed from material preparation to the dispenser.
The dispenser is filled with the potting materials.
The dispensing pistons compress the prepared potting materials through the dispenser head.
The potting materials are mixed and homogenised at the dispensing outlet in the feed screw.
The complete potting compound is applied to the component providing the best dispensing results.
