dos prep represents a quantum leap in material preparation technology for dispensing systems, making a significant contribution to increasing the performance of dispensing processes in automated and manual production environments.
The preparation and feeding plant newly conceived by dosmatix takes on the tasks of degassing, recirculation and optimal temperature control in low- to medium-viscosity potting materials up to a viscosity of 70,000 mPa·s.

dosmatix double piston pump
Through innovative valve technology with greater inlet cross-sections, best-in-class performance can be achieved for a set feeding volume.
Using an innovative self-calibration system to set pump speed, the best possible level of filling is achieved. This allows the feed pump to be set automatically to the ideal rate.
Intelligent sensors
A fill level sensor at an innovative, optimised position monitors the material quantity in the tanks, allowing the maximum potting quantity to be exploited.
To regulate the tank pressure, a vacuum sensor is used.
A limit sensor prevents soiling and plant shutdowns caused, say, by foaming or overflowing material.
Flow-optimised agitator
A flow-optimised agitator ensures the even mixing and heating of the potting materials.
Optional: Intelligent camera monitoring
A fully automated camera-based rinsing liquid monitor reports soiling or leaks within the plant and allows a significant reduction to downtime and the elimination of breakdowns.
Optional: Heating
Optionally, there is a possibility of a heating, which heats the tank, the pumps, as well as material pipelines up to max. 80 °C. Heating of the material is necessary depending on the material characteristics.
Optional: UV protection
For processing UV-curing materials, the dos prep can be equipped with UV protection. This may be necessary for certain types of material in certain applications
