dosmatix builds the factory of the future
At dosmatix, it’s not just our product portfolio that’s growing – we’re also investing specifically in the infrastructure of the future. Back in spring 2023, we acquired a plot of land in Bachl, in the municipality of Rohr in Lower Bavaria. Construction of the new building will start there in 2026. But it’s about much more than just additional space: the new building is a clear commitment to our belief that the highest quality requires the best environment. With intelligently planned production areas, digital workflows, automated material flows, and modern working environments, we are setting new standards for efficiency and future viability. “High-quality dispensing in the shortest time”
The importance of cycle times in industrial projects should not be underestimated. We have seen this in numerous practical applications. They play a decisive role in the automotive industry in particular. Here, upstream and downstream production steps must be precisely synchronized in order to achieve high quantities in the manufacturing process.
“Process reliability through digitalization”
At dosmatix, one key to success is end-to-end digitalization in conjunction with artificial intelligence in system modules. Material preparation, supported by pumps, can independently determine relevant process parameters and adjust itself optimally to the material used – independently of the operator’s experience.
“Automatic dispensing solutions”
The startup dosmatix is presenting its automated dispensing solutions for the first time at Automatica, which focus on modularity, resource efficiency and system intelligence. The series solutions for bonding and potting processes can be flexibly integrated into existing production processes with the help of intelligent systems.
