Impregnating the winding is one of the most demanding dosing tasks: Low-viscosity resins must be instilled into the stator winding in a targeted and reproducible manner – evenly, without overdosing and with a constant, controlled material flow. The dos screw progressive cavity dispenser is ideal for this application: its continuous, pulsation-free dispensing principle ensures uniform droplet application over the entire process duration. At the same time, the electrification of the drive train increases the requirements for protection classes (IP67/IP68), thermal stability and electrical insulation. Dispensing technology is not a minor matter here, but a direct prerequisite for the performance and service life of the motor.
