Impregnating the winding is one of the most demanding dosing tasks: Low-viscosity resins must be instilled into the stator winding in a targeted and reproducible manner – evenly, without overdosing and with a constant, controlled material flow. The dos screw progressive cavity dispenser is ideal for this application: its continuous, pulsation-free dispensing principle ensures uniform droplet application over the entire process duration. A: The dos screw works pulsation-free. This means that the material flow is constant and uniform over the entire process duration – without pressure peaks or volume fluctuations. The dos piston is recommended for larger quantities and high throughput in series production – the piston principle with flushing liquid ensures a continuous, reproducible material flow and also protects the system from deposits.
