Thermal management improves sustainability
Today, thermal conduction is one of the most important tasks in electronic products used e.g. in the automotive industry or consumer electronics. Protection against overheating has a direct effect on service life, the frequency repairs are needed and the quality of various components and devices. One challenge in dispensing and metering processes is the trend towards miniaturisation and increased computing power, which generates more energy as heat.
